We respect our clients and we have a duty to them. They are the main focus of our attention and service and we assume responsibility for the quality of the service that we provide to them.
Our policy is to not share clients or properties with any other agencies since we can not guarantee the quality of service, the strict treatment of the information or impose on a third party our criteria, methodology or ethical values.
We respect the freedom of choice that our clients have, as well as the freedom to make decisions and regulate their assets as they want.
We never take a deposit in the name of our clients to obligate them to sell. They are free to accept or refuse a concrete offer and decide to whom they sell.
We always complete the delivery of the down payment or deposit to the property owner directly from the buyer.
We only mediate between buyer and seller and we never intervene as a third party, buying at a low price or with a buying option for later purchase of the property at a profit to those unaware of our mediation.
We maintain strict confidentiality over our new clients: We withstand the media pressure and we never use your names or identity to publicise or spread past operations.
To guarantee the full exercising of the freedom of our clients we inform them specifically about:

Charges and property tax.
The circumstances of the transaction.
The most relevant aspects of the property area and its environment.
The services, communications and funding of the area.
The legal and tax implications of the operation for the best possible completion of these obligations.
