Residencial La Moraleja

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN LA MORALEJA

La Moraleja is a residential area situated in the municipality of Alcobendas, in the northern part of the metropolitan area (N-1), 15 minutes from Barajas Airport (M-40) and from the centre of Madrid (M-30).

It covers an area of 583 hectares with 1070 plots for individual chalets, 391 for adjoining chalets, 26 school plots and 7 charity plots. It is characterised by its tranquillity as a suburb and its convenience; the centre of Madrid being just a few minutes away.

It has various shopping centres, sports clubs, churches, medical centres, state and private schools, and nursery schools, amongst many other services. As well as an important collection of trees, hedges, gardens and green spaces.

La Moraleja consists of five main areas: the Northern zone, Southern zone, Central zone, Eastern zone and the Northeast zone.

Other developments that border with La Moraleja are El Soto de La Moraleja, El Encinar de los Reyes, Ciudalcampo, Santo Domingo and Fuente del Fresno.

Residencial El Soto de La Moraleja

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN EL SOTO DE LA MORALEJA

This development is situated on the 13500 kilometre of the N-I motorway (Madrid - Burgos).

It has two access routes from the motorway: through the service road entering through the diversion at the height of the 12,300 km, after the entrance to La Moraleja, at the start of the diversion towards Fuencarral; and the second, at the height of the 14500km, entering through the service road for 14km, which signposts the El Soto hypermarket.

El Soto has a surface area of 116 hectares, scored with more than 15km of interior roads and in which are found 2800 properties composed of individual chalets, blocks of flats and groups of adjoining chalets.

Residencial El Encinar de Los Reyes

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN EL ENCINAR DE LOS REYES

El Encinar is situated on the 13000km of the N-1 motorway (Madrid- Burgos).

You can access it from the motorway, through the service road along the 12300km or a second entrance through the Camino Viejo in La Moraleja.

This development has a surface area of 50 hectares where you will find 1100 properties composed of semidetached chalets and blocks of flats. The management of the development is the responsibility of the Entity of El Encinar, situated in the park of Los Parques, no. 28.

A 24 hour surveillance service with its own security systems is also available.

Residencial Ciudalcampo y Santo Domingo

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF CIUDALCAMPO AND SANTO DOMINGO

Ciudalcampo is situated on the 28km of the N-1 motorway, on the RACE diversion. It has 2500m² plots in an area of 3200m² of individual chalets. It also has flats and adjoining chalets at the entrance to the development with green spaces, gardens and parks.

It has a golf course with views of the Madrid mountains, the RACE Sports Club and a 24 hour security service with guards, cabins and security barriers at the entrance and exit to the development, as well as a permanent vehicle security service.

There is also a refuse collection service and a minibus passenger service with stops throughout the development which facilitate the journey to the SEK International School, and to the international schools nearby with school routes.

Santo Domingo can be found on the N-1, 28km from the centre of Madrid, opposite Ciudalcampo. It has a minimum of 1100m² plots and an average of 2000m2. As well as approximately 850 individual chalets, the development also has adjoining chalets and blocks of flats.

There is a shopping centre at your disposal with a number of businesses, a regular bus service departing from Plaza Castilla, a social club with a swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, a children’s park, restaurants, bars, and an art and languages school.

Aside from this there is a 24 hour security service with guards, cabins and security barriers at the only entrance and exit to the development, and a permanent vehicle security service.

Residencial Fuente del Fresno

RESIDENTIAL AREA OF FUENTE DE FRESNO

Fuente del Fresno is linked to the N-1 and has the bus line 161 leaving from Plaza de Castilla.

It is composed of 626 plots, 22kms of roads and 37% of its surface area is green spaces.

To guarantee maximum security there is armed security available to residents, with 24 hour surveillance in patrol vehicles, security alarms and a security control centre.

There is a shopping centre for the development, with a number of businesses and a communal swimming pool. There is also a church with a parish hall.
